Thanks to the security staff of GNW we had a patient who was pretty combative diabetic, at first, and when I called to inform med control about the patients condition and level of irratability and combativeness they had 6 Security Police waiting for us to arrive. While I was able to calm the patient down, and they, ultimately where not needed it was good to see them there.
