White Water Rafting

Anybody do white water rafting? I hear spring is a good time to go. I hear they got good trips in Pennsylvania and and West Virginia...What about Canada there Blood and Guts?.... but I'm not doing Niagra Falls.

I have rafted must of the rivers in the east. the gauly is by far the best, but they only run it in the fall. The cheat is a good high water river. The yo in pennsylvania is a good all around river. The new river in west virginia is roughly the same as the yo. Canada isn't that good, and kentuckey and tennesee both sucked. Hope that helps you out some.

I had a great time rafting... in west virginia.. in canada.. ottawa is ok..Excellant scuba diving...

I have rafted the Lower New, and thats a lot of fun, but in the spring or fall i cant rember on the New River they open up a lower part called the Gullie that you go down in 4 person rafts and it is all class 4 and 4.5 rapids.........Thats what i want to do........ :happy2:
