The city is behind on the payments for the Navigator...

so far, Maxey has received only one $2,000 payment instead of the three that are now owed

The keys are to be, "handed over to Claudia Barden-Jackson, the commanding officer of the organized crime and gang division, Rescue 4's Kevin Dietz reported."

But "Barden-Jackson may not want the Navigator and has said that the vehicle could be too much of a distraction because of all the "negative press" surrounding it."
