I only ask this because I seem to hear an awful lot or grief about being here from a lot of people....

I don't think that I have worked for an employer, (public or private) that there were not issues of one kind or another.

I'm guessing a lot of people are full of it. It seems everyone loves working for the city. Sure it has it's ups and downs... but doesn't every place? I'm also guessing if people hated the city as much as they say, they would quit, move on, get a different job.... and so on. I think that the people bitching about the city are just bitching to bitch. I think if they worked in a muffler shop, pie factory, slaughter house or made pron films, they would still bitch... ok, maybe not the last one. But I think you get my point. Once again, this is just my opinon. Me presonally... I love working for the city.... no more sitting on street corners, doing transfers you all know you love.... and so on.... This is what ems is all about... of course we do have to deal with the regulars and bs runs.... but didn't you still have to deal with them regulars in the privates? Sure you did, remember them dialysis runs we all love to hate! I do... I wouldn't have it any other way... I still love working for the city... and if I didn't love it, I would sure leave it.
